Dog Training, Professional Dog Trainers, Transfer of Training

Kathy King, trainer at Dog's World of Fun, has been around large and small animals all her life. Starting at the age of twelve, she went on to become an award-winning horse rider and trainer. She won the AQHA World Championship two years in a row for horsemanship, trail, and western pleasure. She also placed at the WPRA championships.

Kathy brings the same high level of skill and passion to her effective training of large and small dogs. For maximum results her classes include the transfer of that training to the owner when desired.

Transfer of Training

At Dog's World of Fun we know that when you are able to be with your dog you want that time to be fun and enjoyable, even when there are people in the house visiting. We also know that for a pet to maintain the changes in behavior taught by Kathy, or to learn new tricks and commands, the owner must learn how to give verbal commands and/or use hand signals.

Basic Dog Training, Commands, Private Lessons

Our training includes the transfer of training to the owner once Kathy has completed her training program. Kathy will spend time one-on-one with the owner to ensure that the training is reinforced at home and the investment in training pays off.
